You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person. ek777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
If you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ek777 support immediately at [email protected]. ek777 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.
ek777 may at any time require Players to complete KYC verification. This process may involve submitting a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and — where applicable — evidence of the payment method used to deposit. ek777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents submitted for KYC will be handled in accordance with the ek777 Privacy Policy.

Player funds held in Accounts are kept separate from ek777 operational funds. ek777 does not use Player deposits for any purpose other than fulfilling withdrawal requests and settling winning bets. In the event of Platform insolvency, Player funds are treated as a priority liability.
ek777 offers various bonus programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. The general terms in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
ek777 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement, or coordinated play between multiple Accounts.
Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. ek777 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to ek777's acceptance. ek777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the bet is placed after an event has commenced, the odds offered were a manifest error, or the bet exceeds the maximum stake permitted for the relevant market.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — including software errors, human input errors, or data feed failures — ek777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake. ek777 will endeavour to correct errors promptly upon discovery and will notify affected Players where practicable.
Cricket betting markets on ek777 cover Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international fixtures. Match-result bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather interruption, or decided by the Duckworth-Lewis method, settlement rules specific to the relevant market will apply as displayed in the Platform's cricket betting help section.

ek777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ek777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk. ek777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
ek777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ek777.lol/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
